A letter writing campaign has been undertaken targeted at the Marco Island City Manager, the Marco Island City Council, the Marco Island Police Department, and local businesses.

The goal was to inform about the Public Safety Problem and seek help and partnership in a public education program aimed at informing bike riders of the seriousness of the problem and the simple steps they need to take to prevent it.
